Novotel Living Riyadh is expected to open in 2026Accor has signed a management deal for Novotel Living in Riyadh, a 170-key serviced apartment property for the Kingdom. The deal was signed with Al Raya Estate Group, a revered real estate development and investment firm in Kuwait.The property is expected to open in 2026. With the interior concept designed by the Sundykovy Sisters, Novotel Living Riyadh will feature a mix of studios, one-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom apartments, a main restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating, a clubhouse and a grab & go concept, meeting spaces, a fitness centre and a swimming pool
