Novotel Living Riyadh is expected to open in 2026
Accor has signed a management deal for Novotel Living in Riyadh, a 170-key serviced apartment property for the Kingdom. The deal was signed with Al Raya Estate Group, a revered real estate development and investment firm in Kuwait.
The property is expected to open in 2026. With the interior concept designed by the Sundykovy Sisters, Novotel Living Riyadh will feature a mix of studios, one-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom apartments, a main restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating, a clubhouse and a grab & go concept, meeting spaces, a fitness centre and a swimming pool
