The hospitality brand will be opening Rixos Obhur Jeddah, and it will be located on Obhur Bay on the Red Sea. Rixos Obhur Jeddah has announced that it will open in late 2024. The brand aims to transform the Makarem Annakheel Village. The area will become a luxury resort with family-friendly, five-star facilities. The hotel will make the most of its location, and will be near the beach and plaza.
