ROSHN unveils “ALFULWA,” its first project in the Eastern Province
ROSHN Group, the leading real estate developer in the Kingdom and one of the Public Investment Fund’s major projects, has announced the launch of “ALFULWA,” its fourth residential community in the Kingdom, covering an area of more than 10.8 million square metres and located 7 kilometres from the centre of Al Hofuf city, the major urban centre in the Al-Ahsa Oasis in the Eastern Province. The project will feature more than 18,000 residential units with a population capacity of over 100,000 people
