Saudico Secures $186 Million Contract To Construct The Ritz-Carlton Residences in Diriyah
Saudico, a leading construction firm in Saudi Arabia, has secured a $186 million contract from Diriyah Company to construct the luxurious Ritz-Carlton Residences in Diriyah. The contract was awarded at the PIF Private Sector Forum held in Riyadh. The Ritz Carlton Residences are to be located in the heart of the $63 Billion Diriyah Giga project in Riyadh, which is the birthplace of the Saudi Royal Family. The project comprises 106 luxury branded villas ranging from three to five bedrooms and featuring both traditional Najdi and contemporary designs, which aims to enhance luxury living in the Kingdom
